These are the terms for the Sitelocal monthly service. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
What you get
$399/month covers your website, your Google Ads being built and managed, and a weekly report. A new price, a new photo, a service you've dropped — email us and it's done. No charge, no ticket queue.
We build it so Google and AI find you — and you get more customers.
What it costs, and what is separate
The fee is $399/month, billed monthly in advance. Nothing to pay to start. We build it, you look at it, then you decide.
Ad spend is separate and billed to you directly by Google. We never hold your card for ad spend.
Stopping
No contracts. Ever. Cancel any time. Tell us and we stop at the end of the month you have paid for.
We do not hold your site hostage. Your domain is yours and we will help you move the site to wherever you want it.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise to build the site, run the ads, make the changes you ask for, and tell you the truth every week about what happened.
We do not promise a number of customers. Anyone who does is guessing. Google's first two to six weeks are a learning period. Results build as data accumulates, and your weekly report will show exactly what is happening and what we are adjusting while it learns.
Your content
You own your logo, your photos and your words, and you keep owning them. You are telling us we may use them to build and run your site.
Where we use photographs from our own library, those stay ours and are licensed to you for as long as you are with us.
